Pool not heated, so a bit bracing when we took a dip. It was mid-November though.

"We absolutely loved everything about this property. Amazingly wonderful villa, Lilou our villa host was also great and very helpful. Celine the property owner had left us a welcome platter of different French cheese’s which were delish and a bottle of red and white wine along with a dozen eggs and a loaf of bread."

The property was perfect inside and out and nothing to dislike.

"L'endroit est très propre et décoré avec goût, on se croirait chez soit ! Cette maison est un paradis que ce soit pour les adultes et pour les enfants. Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. "De ligging van Casa Baronesa kan niet beter, direct aan een mooi strand, met achter het huis, gescheiden van het strand via een poortje, nog een stukje privé strand. Het huis is zeer ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Het uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamers op zee is fenomenaal. Verder zijn in de directe nabijheid de nodige restaurantjes te vinden."

De huisraad - met name het bestek en de pannen - was niet op peil en dient te worden aangevuld. Verder zouden een broodrooster en een vaatwasser welkom zijn. Het gemis hieraan heeft de pret echter zeker niet mogen drukken.

"The house was very charming. The views were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace! The kitchen was outfitted with lots of dishes, serving dishes, utensils and everything you can think of. We appreciated that."

The kitchen was very cold. The hot tub was older and had a bit of a musty smell and all the jets didnt work. But it was great to have it in a screened in porch. Theres only 1 main bathroom and 1 ensuite. So if you dont mind people walking into your bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom.

It's a little bit tired, but listen - this is an incredible villa for the money. Ignore the tired spots and enjoy!

The facilities in the rooms need updating. The breakfast could offer more choices. After the 4th day ,it would be nice to have a change. There was limited seating in the shade for breakfast.

"Good location close to the beach. Easy walk to the harbour area and restaurants and bars. The property was clean and well equipped although could do with some updating. Bedrooms and living area spacious, less so the bathroom - see below."

The bathroom and particularly the shower was small and very basic. The floor in the shower sloped and was a potential hazard; care needed not to lose your balance. Jolly Beach is a beautiful long beach, but when we were there construction work was taking place along side the beach which was noisy and distracting.

"The beautiful pool and the very cheerful yellow coloured studio with all comforts you want, plus very close to the seafront. We loved it!!!"

"Good location allowing trips to different parts of Ohrid lake, and the national park. Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, balcony and living room and with a kitchen that we used once. The view from the living room is fantastic, and so is the swimming pool view. Open area for seating is also nice. They also gave us some wine and toasties for kids gratis once so was quite nice. Parking is easy, lake in front and a mini market close by. They don’t serve breakfast or dinner but there is a nice pizzeria close by and a couple of other restaurants that we tried. Breakfast ok - changes a bit. Good tips by the staff when requested."

The air con is in the living room so it can get hot in the bedroom during the day. A fan was provided on request.

"Small hotel of 10 rooms, with large rooms (includes a small fridge), comfortable bed, nice local shower products and very quiet as I did not hear at all the other rooms despite all the rooms being in the same building. The heated swimming pool is a great feature, breakfast outside in the sun by the swimming pool and diners inside by the fire, as it was a bit chilly in the evenings, were really nice. The food was excellent too. Finally the staff was very kind and efficient. There are several cats on the property - to be mentioned for those who it could be an issue. Also, the property did not serve any alcohol."

"Spacious, comfortable and clean villa close to the popular beach of Tofta. Our kids loved the private pool and ping-pong table. Thanks to the generosity of the owner, we were able to explore the island and left feeling both wiser and entertained. Highly recommended!"

Everything was lovely. One small note only: it would have been nice if sheets were included in the rental, as guests might assume they are.

"The house was spacious (can park approximately 6 cars), clean and equipped with all necessities. All furniture were new. Also, the host was so thoughtful to provide cooking ingredients including rice, eggs, sardines, shallots and chillies just in case we're hungry at night or for the sahur. My husband said we should rate this stay 12/10 :D Thank you Mr. Tajarazhar."

There was nothing that I didn't like. It was beyond my expectation. Perhaps, it would have been better if the host utilizes some space for a mini pool (for those with kids) or put indoor game facilities. But as for me and my teen children, it was great already.

"The host -Dumisa was very friendly and even though we had issues at the boarder he waited for us to arrive very late at night and escorted us to the place. The house was spacious, clean and good value for money."

"Perfect location with great views of the mountains and river in the beautiful town of Arco. The apartment was nicely decorated in italian style and included a great hot tub bath and a 4k television. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed with an induction hob and a combi oven, and a fridge freezer. There was free parking available in an underground garage, but we were on foot - the pedestrian entrance came out right onto the pretty alleyways in the Arco old town."

The check in details could have been clearer. The keys had to be collected from "Arcoplant", which is a small garden centre a long way from the apartment. We got there on a Sunday, so the garden centre was closed and it was difficult to get in touch with the owner, but they were really friendly and helpful once we found them.
