"The owners are very friendly - they even celebrated New Year night with us. The property is very green and beautiful, and there is parking available inside the yard. The room is very large and spacious, and you can go swimming right outside your door. Snorkeling is great, especially near the shipwreck. There is a kayak, which my husband used to go fishing. Laundry service is available upon request. We were pleasantly surprised to find delicious bananas waiting for us in the room. I highly recommend staying here - you won’t regret it!"

Naktī netika ievērots naktsmiers. Nebija skaidri saprotams par recepciju, tā arī neatradām. Latviešu valodā neviens nerunāja. Krāna ūdens nav pārtikā lietojams, bija jūtama nepatīkama smaka.

"Perfect location with great views of the mountains and river in the beautiful town of Arco. The apartment was nicely decorated in italian style and included a great hot tub bath and a 4k television. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed with an induction hob and a combi oven, and a fridge freezer. There was free parking available in an underground garage, but we were on foot - the pedestrian entrance came out right onto the pretty alleyways in the Arco old town."

The check in details could have been clearer. The keys had to be collected from "Arcoplant", which is a small garden centre a long way from the apartment. We got there on a Sunday, so the garden centre was closed and it was difficult to get in touch with the owner, but they were really friendly and helpful once we found them.

Also kindly taken to the supermarket first to buy some food as the villa is very isolated. Taxi was recommended to us, and was reliable and comfortable. The area was amazing to visit. The villa was further away from the main area of San Marino than expected. As we did not have a car, we were reliant on a taxi, which worked out very expensive. There were a few items in the sink which looked as if intended to be washed up but forgotten. We struggled with sorting out the TV and also finding the right adapter for our chargers and could not find a familiar kettle. These were little things but frustrating after a long journey. It would have been helpful to have an information booklet to explain some of these things so we did not have to keep asking our host.

La route pour se rendre au mango villa est assez abrupte et nécessite un bon niveau de conduite.... mais la récompense est au bout du chemin

"L'endroit est très propre et décoré avec goût, on se croirait chez soit ! Cette maison est un paradis que ce soit pour les adultes et pour les enfants. Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. Les services proposés sont également de qualité et très intéressants !"

"Very helpful manager Mr. Bikram Lama. He helped out a lot. the evening fireplace is wonderful to keep warm. Breakfast is made-to-order and hence decent. Once you are in the property, it's a great feeling just next to the runway!!"

Location is confusing as one has to walk quite a bit from Lukla Airport. They should coordinate a porter with arriving guests. It's very cold there and room heaters must be provided for the night. Also, 24 hour hot water supply must be provided

Pool not heated, so a bit bracing when we took a dip. It was mid-November though.

"Its a quite place. All of their staffs are too nice and helpful. The resort is just walking distance from the town centre or the ski. There was an unexpected party during of of our dinner which elevated our experience to the next level. Overall it was really good place and we were all happy."

The 3rd bedroom is a small room just enough to place a single bed. There was only one common bathroom for a 2.5 bed cottage which was quite frustrating.

"It was a nice house 5 minutes walking from the beach. The team was very supportive solving any issues very quickly. Having Ramón also helped a lot with the shopping and the cooking for a big group as it was out case, and everything was very tasty. The rooms were very clean, and it was useful to have the laundry for one week stay."

The only room for improvement was agreeing the breakfast or dinner times with the chef, which was sometimes not clear to coordinate.
