"We were there for 2 weeks. The hosts were very helpful when one of our group got sick. Overall they were very sweet. The balcony was nice to hang out in the hammock. We rented two scooters for a good price (200 per day per scooter) The location is kind of in the middle of the island, so you arrive everywhere fast. Usually it was quiet there with a nice view."
"You have to ask for roomcleaning and toiletries. The bungalows need some hangers or so for cloathing. They are build kind of simple, so we had to catch cockroaches quite often (but this is happens in a lot of phayam bungalows)."

"The location is central, so you can go anywhere at the island easily. The bungalow is very quite, with toilet and good mosquito net over the bed. The family running the business is very nice and the woman in charge cook really well."

The owners are very kind and helpful, they brought me by motobike at the pier to grab my return ferry :) Well located, close from the beach (10 minutes by walking, much less by scooter) Their restaurant dishes are tasty and not expensive A great stay, I recommand"

"This is the perfect place to stay for budget travellers in Kon Phayam. The huts are very nice and cosy with a lovely balcony to chill outside and have a smoke. We weren't bothered by mosquitoes at all. Even though there was no aircon it was not that hot and usually I can't survive without aircon at all. It's right beside the best and cheapest restaurants in Koh payam and walking distance to everything on the island."

"Nice place to stay. Friendly staff. The bungalows are simple, but have everything you need and are mozzy proof. We ate there often and the food was very good. Central location, you will want to hire a scooter to get around. Very good value."

"Wir haben eine Woche im Eco Bungalow verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Häuser sind sehr groß und sauber. Das Bett war gemütlich und auf der Terrasse hängt eine Hängematte, die wir oft genossen haben. Super ist auch der komplett-Schutz gegen Mücken. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Frühstück zu fairen Preisen. Es ist sehr ruhig mit Blick ins Grüne, aber vorn an der Straße findet man direkt zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Shops. Zum Strand kann man laufen, aber wir haben uns für unseren gesamten Aufenthalt einen Roller gemietet, den man direkt vorm Haus parken kann."

"This is a privately owned apartment in a complex. It is ground floor in a quiet corner. The apartment is large and is modern with every conceivable appliance you could wish for in the kitchen/lounge.including large fridge, washing machine, hob and microwave. The Bedroom can be separated by ajoining doors. Bed huge and comfortable. Wardrobe large with lots of hangers. There's a safe in the lounge. Bathroom has a non slip walk in shower. There are separate AC units in the lounge/kitchen and Bedroom which is a great idea. You can sit out frint or back. Now the apartment is like a shop. It has games beach stuff sun hats even a couple of crash helmets if you want to rent a bike. The Pool is large and well designed with plenty of sun beds. 10 mins walk to beach.What I also liked was it was next door to Retro Sports Bar which showed all the Foootball Matches and had draft Guinness and next to that a great Kebab Shop."
