"Above the road into Had Rin and set back with a view of the sea and Koh Samui. Untouched forest on the hills behind. There is a quiet 7-11, motorbike rental, laundry and restaurants very close by and it is easy to walk to the south beach. Also a short walk to Had Rin which was perfect for my needs."
There was a power outage for a day which is not anyone's fault but the water in the bathroom stopped working - no pump. This meant no flushing the toilet or using water from the tap or shower. This is bad design even a bucket in the bathroom would solve the loo issue.

"Always such an easy stay, location very central yet tucked away so not too noisy. Helpful host and welcoming homely feel. Excellent value."
The stairs can be a bit of a problem if you are on the upper floors, particularly for people who have mobility issues.

I'm not sure the rooms are particularly well soundproofed and are semi detached but we had considerate neighbours, so no problem 😁
