"The best staff ever! Excellent service with very friendly staff and waiters."

Cold house in general! The room does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The room was cold and the air conditioning was not working. There were no basic amenities provided (not to mention a toothbrush or other hygiene items). There was no bathrobe or slippers to use when going to the spa. The spa area was cold. The sauna was only turned on when we arrived at the spa area. The shower was damaged. The minibar/fridge was empty. There was no water or glasses in the room. The wardrobe and clothes hangers were of poor quality.

"A very nice and clean room. It's newly renovated. It was -8°C outside during our vacation, so we didn't even always turn on the heating because the apartment was so warm. The room has all the necessary kitchen utensils (cutlery, dishes, scissors, a corkscrew) and bathroom essentials (combs, a hairdryer, and even feminine hygiene products). Location is good, it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to ski elevator No.1. The hotel proposes 20% discount at Zjaj. It was the cheapest one. Also the can wax and sharpen the renting board 👍🏻 The apartment complex is connected with spa center Mamababa, so you even don’t need to go outside"

The location is different with booking address. We were trying to find it about 1 hour. You have to put in maps “National restaurant”, the reception is located in the same building, but the left door. The room doesn’t have mountain view, you have the view to the main road and roof from the downstairs restaurant. Since the restaurant is downstairs it was noise some nights Spa complex is a little bit expensive - 5000 dinares per person, the hotel in 200 m propose prise 3000 dinares

"The country charm is irresistible. We stayed here first in December and fell in love with this place. When snow covers the ground it looks magical. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a warm welcoming stay. The stuff is always ready to help and very kind, receptionist was there 24/7 for easy check-in and check out."

The mosquitoes at the pool ☺️. There is nothing we can think of that we didn’t like about the accommodation.

"Due to another group booking received a free upgrade to an entire private bungalow. Staff and service was professional and friendly throughout. Rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean (cleaning staff deserve a bonus!), and beds comfortable. Included riding tour was a pleasant surprise and really enjoyable, highly recommended. The whole setup as a non-profit for the benefit of the community is commendable. I strongly recommend staying here!"

i was a bit disappointed for the all inclusive plus there was not much to choose from and every day almost the same items and some of the items unfortunately they weren’t fresh
