"Beautiful view, with exceptional service. The staff is extremely friendly, makes a point of learning your name and providing the personal touch. A bit outside the busy Stone Town area, very close to the airport. Well priced."

The breakfast is a bit disappointing, would have loved a strong cup of coffee, but the rest of the menu is really enjoyable, and the great service more than makes up for the slightly under par breakfast.

"I’m fond of fine dining but for a little fella from Tennessee I would have loved some bacon/ham, home fried potatoes and eggs. Maybe just a hash of some kind. And the menu, which was delicious, was limited. I love a good tuna sandwich, you provide one, but that’s more my cold cut for lunch rather than my breakfast to get started with."

Only things that you couldn’t have done anything about. But I will say that on our stay one of the employees walked by and asked about our day. When hearing about how sunburned we had gotten and wished for aloe a fresh cut cup came delivered while we were away. That’s not a compliment or a complaint. That’s above all expectation.

"Exceptionally clean. A well stocked and presented breakfast buffet. All staff are very friendly and will do all they can to ensure you have a perfect stay. This is my 6th visit and have already booked for next year. This hotel is close to beach bus stops supermarket also tavernas."

"L'hôtel en cette saison au bord du Lac Inle est magique. Les chambres sont belles et la vue sur le sac est splendide. Le personnel est souriant et très professionnel. Le patron de l'hôtel à l'écoute et très réactif. A recommander"

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.

"Staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was good. The environment is beautiful, and we love the Rossmund golf estate."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

Храната беше на ниво.Персоналът наистина дават всичко от себе си за да се чувства всеки добре. Леглата и възглавниците са много удобни, като за блажен царствен сън от какъвто се нуждаехме за нашата почивка. Плажът беше достатъчен за всички. Водата беше спокойна и бистра. "We upgraded to the deluxe apartments which was totally worth it as these apartments are huge. We enjoyed the dinner especially the fresh barbecue and breakfast The resort is close to the turtle reserve and we went there for the evening walk. We swung by the Turtle reserve earlier in the day and booked in which was worth while as we got on the walk that left on time and therefore didn’t have to wait. Just to mention for people wanting to see turtles: we saw plenty of them swimming around off Bimmah beach later in our holiday"
