"pool was great, room was nice but if I had a choice I would rather stay on ground floor given my age and carting of luggage my husband has a disability and the walk was to long other than that if was very nice the breakfast was great!"

i was a bit disappointed for the all inclusive plus there was not much to choose from and every day almost the same items and some of the items unfortunately they weren’t fresh

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

I needed to ask a couple of times in 1 day to clean my room. When I checked in and went for a swim, the guard asked me where my swimming pool wristband was. I had not received one, so I had to leave the pool to get it :(

"Lo que más me gustó de mi estancia en la cabaña fue la tranquilidad en el sector donde esta ubicada, por una parte esta cerca del centro de Punta de Tralca, pero a la vez esta emplazada en medio de un mini bosque de eucaliptos lleno de tranquilidad, además el lugar de las cabañas es precioso, lleno de jardines, áreas verdes y una hermosa fuente con nenúfares"

lo que podría mejorar es el hecho de que en la cabaña en la que me quedé había un gran ventanal el cual no tenía cortinas, por lo que la habitación se iluminaba mucho demasiado temprano, además de que la cama, aunque es de dos plazas, es más pequeña

"Everything was amazing! The owners take great pride in their new property and hospitality. We felt super welcomed and honestly spoilt! The room was beautiful with proper linens, thick towels and a hot shower!! The food was delicious - we tried pretty much everything in the menu. Great variety and portions. Lovely place to hang and relax by the pool or take a kayak to the nearby village and mangroves. This was our favourite stay on a 6 week trip and recommend to anyone staying in the area!! All the best to these wonderful hosts!! Xo"

"Exceptionally clean. A well stocked and presented breakfast buffet. All staff are very friendly and will do all they can to ensure you have a perfect stay. This is my 6th visit and have already booked for next year. This hotel is close to beach bus stops supermarket also tavernas."

I wish the restaurant area lighti g could be improved especially closer to the water...it would make a lovely evening entertainment area.

"The resort is beautiful .. there are large villas and smaller bungalows. It’s right on the beach with a lovely infinity pool and garden overlooking the beach. Rooms are comfortable and staff very friendly."

Location could be too quiet for some travelers

Cold house in general! The room does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The room was cold and the air conditioning was not working. There were no basic amenities provided (not to mention a toothbrush or other hygiene items). There was no bathrobe or slippers to use when going to the spa. The spa area was cold. The sauna was only turned on when we arrived at the spa area. The shower was damaged. The minibar/fridge was empty. There was no water or glasses in the room. The wardrobe and clothes hangers were of poor quality.

I didn't realise when I booked it how far from Risor town it is - 19km! The address says Risor and unless you look on a map, you cannot know its not actually in Risor, and I needed to be in Risor, but didn't go there by car so ended paying for very expensive taxis. You have to have a car to stay here.
