"I loved that it was nestled in its own private space. There are 4 lodges in the vicinity and all have their own balcony’s that you can enjoy individually. Our water pressure was great. Also the unit was nice and clean."

Nothing: We actually didn’t book the transfers cause we had another vehicle organised however that fell through. But mama let us go first to the lodge and she’d wait at the airport. Lucky she got a ride back home from the family at airport. She has an immense amount of responsibility and knowledge of the island. As a local to Rarotonga people like her are very rare to be around. "Thank you for a wonderful stay at La Vielle, the setting was stunning, our cottage tranquil and gorgeous, and the staff so friendly and accomodating. We loved walking the trails, visiting the plunge pool with the amazing vista, and the food was excellent. The best place I've stayed in Mauritius."

"Atrašanās vieta izcila, ja patīk, ka apkārt ir mežs - mūsu ciemošanās laikā bija tikko nogatavojušās mellenes (jāuzmanās no ērcēm), bet vienlaikus redzamas mājas. Pastaigas attālumā, bet var aizbraukt arī ar automašīnu, ir jūra. Mājiņa maza, bet tīra, ir viss vajadzīgais (varbūt vienīgi tualete un duša ir gŗūtak lietojama lielakiem cilvēkiem), bet tas nesabojā atpūtu. Vairāk noder ģimenem ar bērniem, jo divstāvu gultā pieaugušiem cilvēkiem nav īpaši ērti, bet ir izvelkams dīvāns priekštelpā."

"Great location at the South side of Song Kul lake. Breakfast was tasty and plenty. You can also get (packed) lunches and dinner. Phone reception is good and you can charge your phone in the evening in the main yurt. Stayed for two nights there. So peaceful and relaxing. Loved it!"

Ir jāuzliela viesu mājas saimnieces viesmīlību, un viņas gatavotās vienkāršās, bet garšīgās brokastis. Bija labas sajūtas sēžot uz nelielo balkonu un baudot siltos vakarus kopā ar pretējās mājas kaimiņiem."

It is 30 minutes on a very bumpy road from the gate to the national park and we were the only people to pass through each day. This end of the park is forest and scrub so very difficult to see game. There are not many roads in the park and almost no signage.

"Everything was exceptional - the hospitality, the service, the setting, the food, the environment. The service was some of the best I have ever experienced. The safari guides were exceptionally knowledgeable - we learned a great deal and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of every game drive. The food was 10/10 - I am gluten free and they prepared a separate menu for me every meal time. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!"

Nothing - I do not have a bad word to say about Long Lee. It exceeded our expectations and more.
