"The hotel was stunning! Set in the jungle and in beautiful wooden cabins, it feels like low-key luxury. The restaurant was lovely, it’s quite popular on the island but the staff make sure hotel guests get good tables and are catered for. It’s very very quiet, so if you are looking for relaxation it’s perfect. The grounds are beautifully curated, it feels like you are staying in a botanical garden. The general manager was a gem, he sorted out a small issue with our room very quickly and was so hospitable for the rest of our stay, he couldn’t do enough to help. Can’t wait to go back one day!"

Some people would take issue not having AC, but it’s definitely cool enough and there is no reason to have them.

The food was delicious and fresh, with a great variety of options to choose from. A special thank you to the owner, who welcomed us warmly and made sure we felt at home throughout our stay. The hotel is next to the freeway, so avoid rooms close to front due to constant traffic noise.

"Ļoti labas un garšīgas brokastis. Tīrs, sakopts numurs ar visu nepieciešamo. Noteikti labprāt atbrauktu kādreiz uz ilgāku laiku, jo nesanāca izmantot visas piedāvātās iespējas. Ļoti pretimnākoši darbinieki, kuriem nesagādāja problēmas par mūsu ierašanos pēc pusnakts. Skaists interjērs, terase. Kopta teritorija."

"I'm traveling since last fifteen years and stayed in many countries, places and met nice people around. This host is unique and she is super helpful when I asked for help like my son went sick amdnshe called the doctor for appointment and also she sent me a delivery of what I missed when I checked out the apartment. Coming to the facilities, it is a great place to stay with family and near the nature. We are fortunate that the walk was nice nearby and kitchen has everything you want to make. Overall, nearby highway and I strongly recommend."

"Amazing people are working there on reception and wellness Wellness is super, breakfast is good, dinner is ok (because one time we had bufet dinner which was super, while another evening we had dinner from menu which was not so tasty)"

Photos of the room while booking was different from the room which we got, so were a bit upset about it.

"Large, clean and modern room with a hairdryer and enough plugs. Parking available. Nice breakfast with home-made yogurt and jams. Internet was satisfactory. The dinner at a (somewhat high) price of 30 Euro per person was good. Good service overall. The owner, Mr. Desprairies, is very professional."

Though we did like the breakfast, we saw that eggs are offered for an extra charge. In most hotels this is standard, so I would recommend to just include them in breakfast. Also, the coffee was so so.
