"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. Жили на третьем этаже, лестницы очень крутые, взрослым людям будет тяжело подниматься. Завтрак был включен, ожидание было, конечно, другое, но увы, сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Утром пошли на завтрак, девушка, встретившая нас с ходу сказала, что кроме яичницы ничего нет. В итоге принесли яичницу с колбасой, на вопрос из какого мяса, ответила грубо, что не знает. На 4 человека дали один чайник чая, попросили дополнительно еще чайник, но это уже было платным. В номере не помешало бы поставить большое зеркало и светильники. Думаю, такие мелочи дали бы уют в номерах.

que pase calor en la habitación, no habian prendido el aire porque decia que iba a bajar la temperatura, pero la habitacion tenia una ventana hacia un pulmon donde no ingresaba aire, por lo tanto, no pudimos descansar muy bien por el calor.

"Het meest beviel ons de rust en hygiëne. We aten ontbijt en diner in het hotel. Vantevoren konden we aangeven hoe laat we het wilden hebben en wat we wilden eten. De kok luisterde goed naar onze wensen. Verder is het personeel zeer behulpzaam en helpt wanneer nodig."

Eigenlijk viel niets echt tegen. Omdat het een nieuwe lokatie is, merk je dat de medewerkers nog wat onwennig zijn en moet je pro-actief zijn. Zo hadden we handdoeken en een kopje voor 1 persoon op de kamer terwijl we met zijn tweeën waren. Als je erom vraagt zorgen ze snel dat het wordt opgelost. Als je TV wil kijken, houd er rekening mee dat je alleen YouTube video's kunt bekijken 😀 De lokatie is gelegen op een zeer stil punt in Zomba en heeft geen buitenterras, dat zou nog wel fijn zijn. En, zoals je wel vaker tegenkomt in Malawi, het weggetje ernaartoe is een zandpad met stenen en kuilen, dus houd daar rekening mee.

"The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

Everything in Turks and Caicos is expensive, and in North/Middle Caicos even more (that’s not the hotel). The restaurant of the hotel was good but expensive. It is a good alternative, even more if you don’t want to grab the car again, but I would check the prices before seating to see if they are ok for you.

La piscine était sur entretien et en train detre remplir. Dommage pour nous que on ne pouvait pas nager. Mais prochainement ca sera possible.

"האתר נמצא בכפר מסעדה, מאתר רואים את גר חרמון. (לצערנו היה סגור) הבקתה הייתה נקייה ויבשה, מיטה זוגית עם ג'קוזי בחדר, ספה נפתחת, אינטרנט, טלוויזיה, מיקרו, מזגן בכל חדר. כל הבקתות אותו דבר עם גלריה למעלה עם 2 מיטות. הבן אהב לשון שם. מגבות החליפו כל יום. בריכה מקורה ומחוממת וסאונה. שחינו כשבחוץ היה +3 מעלות מטבח כללי גדול עם אפשרות לעשות מנגל גם בפנים וגם בחוץ מול נוף המדהים, כמו כן יש גז, אפשר להכין אוכל. בעל הבית מאוד אדיב ונעים, ממש דאג לכל דבר מה שהיינו צריכים. אפשר לקבל ארוחות בוקר בתשלום. עזבנו את המקום עם חוויות טובות. נחזור."
