"Food options for breakfast were limited, but what was offered was good. Bar top roof was great. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"Erik's place is not a regular hostel, it is an escape under beautiful banana trees and shares its ground with his own coffee farm. If you are looking for a stay with a heartwarming host that is passionate about his region and what it can offer, this is the right choice for you! We were so lucky to have found this hostel and enjoyed the history lessions with Mo, the fresh veggies and the locally grown coffee. Asante sana Erik!"

"The team here is very responsive, friendly, and welcoming. I highly recommend to order dinner. The girls cook delicious food, and it's beautifully served (see photo). The portions are very large, so I think for two ladies would be better to share :) Breakfast is also nice and served in a smaller fish-shaped plate."
