"Ok, so this place used to be some inustrial building adapted now for a holiday home. It is quite spacious, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large open space on the ground floor, good to sleep 10+ people Village is quiet, nice place to stay and not far away from the beach and Perpignian. also we were able to leave our bikes inside Kitchen is rather well equiped, oven, 4 hobs, huge fridge, some pots... "Apartment is very beautiful, modern and comfortable. The location is excellent, within 10 minutes walk from the cathedral and within 3 minutes walk from the super market and the bakery. All the amenities you need are nearby but at the same time it is very peaceful. The neighbourhood seemed very safe. The host is very friendly and kind. We were allowed to access the property 2 hours earlier. It really helped us as we had to leave our apartment in Dieppe at 11 and arrived in Rouen at 1. We had an amazing stay. Rouen is absolutely magical. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely book this apartment when we visit Rouen again. Thank you very much"
