"Ok, so this place used to be some inustrial building adapted now for a holiday home. It is quite spacious, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large open space on the ground floor, good to sleep 10+ people Village is quiet, nice place to stay and not far away from the beach and Perpignian. also we were able to leave our bikes inside Kitchen is rather well equiped, oven, 4 hobs, huge fridge, some pots... Washing machine and dryer, iron - that's more that we were expecting Considering the price, I still consider this very well equiped place"
"Well, looking at the details the place could see quite some improvement Terrace upstairs needs some work - floor was crumbling upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but you may open just one window tried to open window on groundfloor and it almost fell of the hinges Still, looking at the price, I can accept these drawbacks"

Chauffages dans chaque pièces allumés, lits faits et des serviettes de toilette pour chaque personnes (Nous étions 18). La maison est bien équipée et très grande. "Apartment is very beautiful, modern and comfortable. The location is excellent, within 10 minutes walk from the cathedral and within 3 minutes walk from the super market and the bakery. All the amenities you need are nearby but at the same time it is very peaceful. The neighbourhood seemed very safe. The host is very friendly and kind. We were allowed to access the property 2 hours earlier. It really helped us as we had to leave our apartment in Dieppe at 11 and arrived in Rouen at 1. We had an amazing stay. Rouen is absolutely magical. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely book this apartment when we visit Rouen again. Thank you very much"

"Location was excellent, with the marina, shops, restaurants, train station and town centre - and Italy - all within easy walking distance. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with open views across the marina from the main room, the kitchen and the bedroom. We particularly enjoyed the balcony, with a dining area at one end and a comfortable seating area at the other. We hired a car at Nice airport and enjoyed drives in both directions along the coast as far as Antibes and Alassio, and up into the mountain villages."
