"Ļoti patīkama pieredze komunikācijā - ceļā sapratām, ka ieradīsimies ļoti vēlu, kad uzņemšana jau būs slēgta - viss tika atrisināts, atslēgu atstājot bezkontakta veidā. Viesnīca ir mājdzīvniekiem draudzīga, un tas šoreiz bija būtiski, jo ceļojām ar kucēnu. Un brokastis bija lieliskas!"

"Tieši blakus viesnīcai ir dzelzsceļas līnija un pārbrauktuve, kuru var sākt dzirdēt no 4 rītā, ja ir atvērti logi. Ziemā, pieņemu, ka tāda problēma nepastāv. Tā, protams, nav viesnīcas vaina. Vasarā ir ļoti karsts, jo nav gaisa kondicionētāju. Ir ventilātori nummurā, bet tas problēmu risina tikai daļēji."

"It was super hot inside upon our arrival, but luckily I could close most of the radiator valves. Trains passing just ~30m create some noise, but they passed rarely in the night and I did not disturb us that much."
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ostrava. From the moment we arrived, everything was easy and comfortable. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the location was very easy to find with convenient free parking available. The room was spacious, very warm, and incredibly quiet, which made for a perfect night’s rest. The bed was extremely comfortable, and having a big room with a smart TV was a great bonus. The area around the hotel is peaceful, with a lovely walking park nearby that’s perfect for a relaxing stroll. A special thanks to the receptionist, Lucy — she was very kind, understanding, and spoke excellent English, which made us feel truly welcome. Her friendliness really added to the experience. Overall, a fantastic stay with great comfort, calm surroundings, and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ostrava."

"If you’ve ever dreamed of hosting an “Indian-style” wedding for 500 guests, this is the place! I only stayed one night, but it felt like I was part of the celebration anyway – the breakfast buffet was so huge, I half expected a marching band to appear."
"And yes, the hotel is right next to the railway. Trains pass by, but oddly enough, they didn’t ruin my sleep. Maybe the festive spirit drowns them out."
