"The natural beauty of the island is truly extraordinary. The beaches are breathtaking, with crystal-clear turquoise water, soft sand, and an incredible variety of beautiful shells. The scenery feels untouched and unique, creating a genuine paradise atmosphere. The setting alone makes the destination special and memorable. The bungalows and overall facilities are also very attractive. The design and layout have great potential, and the environment feels exclusive and peaceful. With the right level of service, this could easily be a top-tier destination comparable to some of the most famous island resorts in the world. The foundation is absolutely there in terms of location and physical environment."

"Unfortunately, the service and overall cleanliness were disappointing. Parts of the island felt dirty and poorly maintained, which took away from the otherwise beautiful surroundings. At check-in, we received no information at all about the hotel or its facilities — where things were located, what was available, what activities could be booked, or how everything worked. There was no guidance about rentals, amenities, or general practical details. We were also not informed that swimming is prohibited on the hotel’s side due to shark feeding in the harbor, which should have been clearly communicated for safety reasons. What affected the experience the most was the lack of hospitality. The staff did not feel service-oriented, and interactions were often minimal and distant. There was little effort to greet, assist, or make guests feel welcome. At times, it felt as though guests were more of an inconvenience than truly welcomed. I have traveled extensively and have never experienced such a low level of service at a hotel. Unfortunately, this same indifferent atmosphere was noticeable in several places around the island. This is especially disappointing because the resort has everything it needs to be exceptional. The facilities are beautiful, the pool area is lovely, the marina is very nice, and the overall setting is close to perfect. With proper staff training and a stronger service culture, this could easily become a true top-tier resort. But i do especially like to highlight the wonderful female chefs working in the small yellow restaurant across from the hotel. They were genuinely warm, kind, and welcoming to me and my children, and they served fantastic food. Their hospitality truly stood out and made a positive difference during our stay."

"The staff and facilities are absolutely amazing! This is our go-to when traveling to Bimini. It’s an easy on and off the boat after a long day of fishing or sand bar hopping!"

"It was exactly what I needed a shower and a bed with a dock. The place was cute wish I could have stayed longer. I rode over from biscane on a jet ski my wether window was really small. I would stay there again. The gentalmen couldn’t have been nicer."
