"Excellent location, very clean apartment, and spacious layout. The apartment was extremely clean and very spacious, which made the stay very comfortable. The location is excellent. I would like to thank the staff for their outstanding and fast service — they are truly professional in their work. I am very happy with their service and I will definitely come back again."

"Everything. Luxury hotel, most beautiful views and staff is super attentive. Areas to walk around and observe the beauty. Especially loved the lights they put on the area at night so you can see the sand canyons and a fireplace at our villa. Nature and gazelles around."

"The area and mountains are amazing and exceptional!"

"There were not coffee capsules for coffee machine. The stuff forgot to place them. Only after calling the reception they brought. Coffee machine during the breakfast was broken. During observation the room, the stuff was trying to open the balcony door, saying there is a jacuzzi outside, you can enjoy it. It was late evening, nobody came to open the door, but on next morning we realised that jacuzzi was under maintenance, and there was no water obviously. The stuff didn't even know about it. My friend had a birthday, and I reminded the reception 3 times about it, even upon check in. They promised to bring a cake. Nothing was delivered. I told them about it upon checkout, they said you can enjoy it now in a restaurant. They give a small 1 piece of cheesecake for 3 people, only that!!!! No tea, no Happy birthday was written on it))) 3 of us just shared this small cheesecake. My friend said: at least give us hot water) and really they gave 3 cups with HOT Water. No tea bags! So shame, so much shame for 5 star hotel!!! Please change the manager!"
