"Really nice Guest House near the center.(10 Minutes walk) Very clean, comfortable and huge. It's like an AirBnB with everything you need. The owners are really friendly and take good care of you. There was even food grapes chocolate tea and more. Thank you so much for the time."

"The owner/host, Armen is a supernice, helpful and generous gentleman who makes you feel home. The place is neat and clean with all the amenities required for a wonderful stay. Armen helped me check the train ticket to Yerevan and even called me a taxi to the train staion as I was late already. I would have missed the train without his assistance. Хозяин/хозяин, Армен, — очень приятный, отзывчивый и щедрый человек, который заставляет вас чувствовать себя как дома. Место чистое и аккуратное, со всеми удобствами, необходимыми для прекрасного отдыха. Армен помог мне проверить билет на поезд до Еревана и даже вызвал такси до вокзала, так как я уже опаздывал. Без его помощи я бы опоздал на поезд."

"Прекрасное место, тихо, хозяева очень вежливые, угостили фруктами. Много места, есть кухня, душ, теплая вода, чайник, кастрюля. В аппартаментах может поместятится 4 человека. Есть гостиная, можно отдохнуть на диване перед телевизором. Если холодно, можно включить отопление. Отличное место советую всем путешественникам. Все чисто и приятно находиться тут."

"It’s absolutely perfect — extra tidy, new, has everything you may hypothetically need. You can reach the Republic Square in like 10 minutes walking, besides there is an underground trade center and a big grocery store around the corner, as well as multiple street sellers of fruit. Windows go to the courtyard so no noise or traffic pollution. People in reviews say that the apartment is small, but I didn’t feel any lack of space, it was spacious enough for working and chilling, the layout is brilliant. Air conditioning (crucial thing for Yerevan in summer) works perfectly. The host is always available via whatsapp and so caring and hospitable. Armenia is beautiful and tender as always, Yerevan is my love. Thank you so much dear Lusine :)"
