Yerevan Studio

"It’s absolutely perfect — extra tidy, new, has everything you may hypothetically need. You can reach the Republic Square in like 10 minutes walking, besides there is an underground trade center and a big grocery store around the corner, as well as multiple street sellers of fruit. Windows go to the courtyard so no noise or traffic pollution. People in reviews say that the apartment is small, but I didn’t feel any lack of space, it was spacious enough for working and chilling, the layout is brilliant. Air conditioning (crucial thing for Yerevan in summer) works perfectly. The host is always available via whatsapp and so caring and hospitable. Armenia is beautiful and tender as always, Yerevan is my love. Thank you so much dear Lusine :)"

"This apartments are the briliant for everyone who stays in Yerevan and have several free days to investigate the city. Proximity to the main streets without much noises outside was an exceptional advantage for me. I sincerely recommend this option for all who would like to have a first time meeting with Yerevan"

"The studio was super cute and well equipped for cooking at home. The wifi worked great, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained. The host gave crystal clear instructions on how to find the place, how to get inside, and she was very friendly and responsive. She also contacted me because we left something behind. We loved the location, it was easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and parks. Working from the studio is also possible with the little desk and chair, and it's very quiet during the day."

"The studio is on the 5th floor, and there are no elevators. It's not the worst, but if you have heavy luggage (like we did) it's quite a workout. The studio is tiny, so it could get a bit uncomfortable for 2 people. But for a short stay, it's manageable."

"It's a tiny, but very well equipped aparment. Very clean instructions to find the place, quick self-checkin and fast communication, plus you may get some insights into the Armenian local customs. Also you can see the Ararat from the window :)"

"Minor annoyances, nothing too serious. The shower floods the bathroom no matter how careful you use it. It's a really small apartment, so it may be cramped for more than 1 person (but for single travelers it's more than enough). The neighbourhood and the building complex may not be the most glorious, also the apartment is on the top (4th) floor reachable with an external staircase (no elevator), so it may be inconvenient for some, especially with larger luggages. I would return despite all of this."

"Cozy and compact apartment, it has everything we needed. Close to metro station, around 15min walk from the city center. The host is a very very nice and helpful young woman, she spoke good English and responded very quickly."

"If you open the window, you can hear the traffic from a big road during the night. But it's not too bad and you can close the window and sleep with air conditioner on."
