Staff- some excellent staff including Alex and John at reception who were helpful and friendly. Location is excellent near all the old town sites. Accommodating by letting us leave our luggage to go to Khiva for a trip. Arranged a complimentary transfer to the train station."

"Breakfast- cooked breakfast, not much choice but tasty nonetheless. Stayed in room 206. The door lock was not working properly and could not lock it overnight which is a safety issue although you are in the courtyard section of the hotel. As we got there late we did not mention it to them and felt safe in the hotel."

Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. Taxis are able to drive you up to and pick you up at the hotel’s front door. I truly enjoyed my stay."
