The apartment is bright, airy, spacious, and nicely designed, with excellent heating and everything needed for daily living. The underground parking space is a major advantage if you’re traveling by car. Although it’s not right in the city center, it’s easily reachable with a short Bolt ride. Nearby, there’s a pharmacy, a Mega Image supermarket, and a pizzeria, which makes the area very convenient.
