They create a very good first impression from the moment I jumped out of the car - they were there to greet me and assist me with my luggage to my room. Furthermore, the housekeeping staff were incredible, their attention to detail when cleaning my room was exceptional and they had very good manners as well. The LOCATION of the hotel was an absolute winner!!"
