"Descent hotel in a descent location near the Malecon. Staff was friendly and helfpul. Breakfast is ok and included."

"Bathroom would need a bit of maintenance (e.g. shelve was falling off as it wasn't properly fixed). Could add a water dispenser somewhere for customers to use."

"Piscomar Peru Is located close to the beach with a fantastic sunset and beautiful sunrise, especially seen from my bedroom at second floor. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. The town centre Is half an hour far by walking (2 km) or you can move by public transportation that Is Always very effective"

"La limpieza en espacios comunes y en habitacion y baño"

"It was at a quiet location but still near town centre (plaza de armas) about 10 to 15min walk and also San Blas. Local markets and restaurants near by. Comfortable apartment for 2 and equipped with cooking utensils. Grateful for the good supply of hot water for showers."

"Everything about the flat was great and also Hugo's assistant was really helpful when we checked in and out. Lovely flat, kitchen, bathrooms, every single room was very well kept and clean and had everything we needed."

"The location, the room and the staff. We were met at the train station and taken to the hotel whilst showing us where to catch our train the next day. The room was well appointed and of a good size, ours overlooked the river. We were able to store our luggage the next morning whilst visiting Machu Picchu and after our visit we able to use the hotel lobby to relax, recharge phones and use the toilet whist waiting for our train ( only a few minutes walk to the train station)"

"I had great time here! I stayed here for a week and really appreciate what they offered me! the staffs were so kind to me, even I stayed in the mixed dorm room, but they just let me stay there alone because they consider I am a solo female traveler, they just wanted me safe and comfortable! The hostel is quite basic, but it's really enough for me as a backpacker! Even I stayed in dorm, I still got very nice breakfast! I love and miss Monica's homemade jam! she even provided me breakfast on the morning when I arrived. Her son Lukas also super kind and helpful to me, really appreciate to look after me so well. I was quite enjoying my stay in Arequipa, thank you for everything! BTW, it's just located in the central, so convenient to go everywhere!"
