When i came back to my room i found a plate with cookies, a limonade and a note with some nice words. I immediately felt happy again. They also brought me some pralines and alpaca souvenier to my room on the following day. So much additional attention to detail to make you feel at home. They also add special touches to the rooms, cleaning services, breakfast (like a delightful olive tapenade), and more."
