"Location was good for us as we wanted to be able to drop off our luggage before exploring Amsterdam. The breakfast gave us plenty of choice & was kept well stocked. We were able have a hot drink in the ‘carriage’ area at any time of day. The staff were all very friendly & welcoming."

"Fantastic location. Easy walk to the train station as well as lots of tourist spots. Breakfast was great and access to the coffee machine all day was appreciated. Only downside was bed was a small double but bathroom was good."

"The bed was incredibly soft and even though it was a double bed i felt like i was going to fall off it on the side, but perhaps i am just used to a soft bed. There was construction across the road which started banging at 7am so it was an early start to what was going to be a very long day as was only due to fly 16hrs at 9.45pm that night, so was hoping to sleep in a bit. Price for 1 night of R2,600 was high opposed to SA standards and what you would get for the same price in SA - but that could also be as our conversion rate is so high."

"If im being picky then typical Amsterdam stairs are very steep but the lift is fast and quiet. The walls are a bit thin so can hear neighbouring rooms if they are laughing or dancing about but was never a problem early or late on.. so I really am just being picky!"
