"The hotel is old, and the bathroom needs to be refurbished. It's OK for one night, but wouldn't stay longer. Staff at the reception very sweet."

"Le falta capacitación al personal sobre como dar servicio y atención al cliente (hospitalidad.) No saludaban a menos que primero lo hiciéramos. No daban indicaciones, se les preguntaba y entonces daban respuesta. Nos abrieron el cuarto a la 1.30 de la madrugada (era personal ya que tenía llave) en medio de la madrugada se disculpó y cerró. Solo nos quedamos por una noche a descansar ya que salíamos muy temprano al aeropuerto. No quisimos hacer mas grande el reclamo ya que veníamos cansados. Se le notificó a la recamarista de la mañana. Una sola toalla para una habitación doble con tres personas adultas y un niño."

"This hotel is in the perfect location. It is very close to restaurants, stores and market as well as transportation and beaches. It is in an extremely quiet neighborhood, no barking dogs or roosters. The setup of the building is perfect to create a sanctuary around the pool area."

"There are two pools. Efforts were seen to constantly maintain the water clean. The lawn in the garden was well maintained, lush and very cozy. Many of the restaurants in the hotel are rip-offs, but this hotel was moderately priced, so we ate and drank in the hotel several times."
