"Location is very central. Many things to do around hotel. Hotel is clean and is all right. House cleaning and reception guys are all similes and helpful. Good staff."

"Slow internet. Thin walls that lets noise from the next room. There was a school group for 3 days. When they wanted to chat you had no way to hide in your room : heard all the conversation like they were sitting next to me."

"We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. The suite was enormous, and had a great balcony looking over the water. All of the meals are delicious (particularly the chilaquiles at breakfast and the shrimp quesadillas for lunch - amazing!), staff are very friendly and helpful, and the pool is perfectly clean and well maintained. There are lots of loungers available on the beach as well. It is rocky, but only a little bit - you can easily walk around the rocks to get into the ocean where it's sandy. It was a 25 minute walk into town along the beach, or a 5 minute taxi. I'd happily stay here again next time I'm in Bucerias!"

"Everything, room was clean, ample and new. Location was great, close to amazing taco place and a super market. The pool was lovely, it had an area with sand near the pool, which my 4 year old loved. Room service was great, fair warning, the portions are Huge but the prices are reasonable. It also has the beach club service, which we fully took advantage as we spent the day there and even ate fresh fish, food was delicious. We will go back, my recommendation is DO NOT take the All inclusive package as Acapulco has a lot of places you can eat well."

"Basic breakfast was sufficient but Toast is always a problem in Mexico. Cooked on a flat top, then stacked in a basket to get tough & very chewy. Have had this problem in other places there too. Optional purchase breakfasts were very good and very reasonable Staff were excellent, particularly Rebecca in the restaurant. She saw my wife's mobility problems and brought our breakfast to our patio. Very thoughtful and a pleasure to have her and the other servers there. We chose the hotel because the rooms are accessible, location is great and the value is good."
