"I asked for a quiet room as there were a lot of families at the pool when I arrived on a Saturday afternoon. It quieted down considerably on Sunday as people left for the weekend. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. I had an issue with the toilet and shower which were quickly addressed. The shower however was not very good - very little water pressure and very weak stream. Staff were very nice and attentive."

"Hotel is in a great location -- walking distance to much of what we wanted to see and do in Guadalajara. The room itself was functional and fine -- we enjoyed staying there, the bed was comfy and the shower was warm. Also like that the staff helped me get my stuff back that I stupidly left in the room when we left. Oops!"

"They offered information on possible Tours. The tour bus picked up and dropped off at the hotel. The restaurant was opened on Christmas day and allowed guests to have breakfast and lunch. It's located within walking distance of a supermarket (6mins) and a pharmacy (3mins)."
