"We arrived one in the morning and let us check in early, this was wonderful. We rested and enjoyed the day a lot so I give it a 10 to, and if we were able to enjoy the hotel.🙏😍☺️. It has a great location, close to the micro beach, close to super and has a beautiful view of the Imperial castle. It is very clean, has amenities and gives water every day. The breakfast has 4 choices is very tasty and the lady who serves the coffee is a sweetheart, very dedicated. Always smiling, I loved all the staff. Tatiana a Filipina is very smiling and very friendly. So do the boys at the hotel! Thank you all very much. I highly recommend this hotel."

"From picking me up from the airport to having my room ready 7 hours before the check-in time the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Everyone I met was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable to make sure the purpose of my visit was met. The breakfast was made fresh when I ordered it, was delicious and so hearty I didn't eat again that day even though I spent the whole day exploring the island."

"only one tiny cons is there’s no lift in this property. Even though only floor up, carrying bit heavy suitcases could be tiresome. it’s just manageable for me, but some might find hard."
