"I chose the hotel because it was close to Cheonjeyeon falls. Hotel was close to different eating places and supermarket that was open late. It was good that there is an automat for personal products like toothbrush. Room was very big, had kettle. It was good value for money."

"The location is just a few blocks from the ICC Jeju where we had a party to attend for work. It is also next to a little orange grove which was very peaceful. Parking was a bit tight and when I stayed during a weekend in December I got the last spot, but it is counted as a plus because we still had free parking available to us. The breakfast was also awesome with both American and Korean options. The pillows were super comfortable too."

"The parking garage was tight and could easily get full if more than 20 cars were parked. The roads nearby are tight and could be hard to navigate in the dark. My biggest complaint is that I could not control the heat and they had many signs around not to open the windows. My son and I were sweating!"

"The room is spotless - they changed towels every day, which is fantastic. The receptionists are very helpful, booking taxis quickly. They are very polite people. I enjoyed learning about the Korean culture The hotel is beautiful but the location is very hidden. It is hard to find a local shop, and there is no information about what we have near the hotel. Also, there are lots of hills to walk, especially in humidity. Sometimes I feel unsafe walking alone at night because the location is desolate and quiet The breakfast is very unusual. I am glad that they provide European food because I couldn't eat Korean dinner-type food for breakfast. However, I tried them on the first night, and the food was delicious. However, it is not suitable for breakfast. Despite this, I understand and respect Korean culture with the food - I respected that, and I appreciated that they provided eggs and toast, yoghurt, and nuts - it suits me better"

"Normally, the hotel does have a pub or restaurant for the residents, but this one doesn't have one. It forced us to stay out of the hotel to find entertainment. I wish there were a vending machine with plenty of soft drinks or chocolate bar options. Also, I wanted to book a spa day that was advertised in the hotel. However, I realised it is not in the hotel but is a 10-minute walk away. It is hard to find the place due to poor directions. I would prefer to use the spa within the hotel rather than outside. There is a lack of information about the place - I did not realise there is a beach near the hotel. I would have gone for a swim if I knew about it, but I found out on the last night before flying home"
