"This was one of the best hotel's I've stayed at, the staff were all fantastic, room was the best we've stayed in and the breakfast was great. I had an issue with my hire car and needed to change the wheel, the staff here were friendly and assisted in changing it over. The front of house was also very knowledgeable and gave us several suggestions to make the most of our visit at Petra. Breakfast was a large buffet and had a good choice of fresh foods each morning. They also had eggs and pancakes to order which were cooked perfectly. We also ate at the restaurant twice and this was also very good food. The hotel was clean and the room was great, bed was very large and comfortable and room was a good size with nice showers. Everything was modern and built to a high standard. Pool looked really good as well however was not open during winter season which is understandable."
