Albergo Posta is a historic hotel in the centre of Genoa, right by Palazzo Reale and 300 metres from the Aquarium and the harbour. Guests of the past include the famous Casanova. "The hotel was ideal - within 5 minutes straight walk from the Railway Station. The room was small but very clean and with a big window & shutters looking out on to a little playground (?) We enjoyed the breakfast which got us going each day."

"Albergo de Posta is very close to Genova Station with many bars and restaurants nearby. It is only a block away from the narrow alleys that form old Genova. Staff were friendly and the bed in our room was very comfortable. Everything was spotless."
