Rugged floors looked not too clean, there were a few hairs on the bed (which I don't care too much but could be an issue for some others)

As in a lot of places the wifi sometimes doesn't work but that is not specifically for this place though. I blame Africell 😊

"The place is simply wonderful: in an amazing location, away from all the noise on Flores island, but only a 3-minute boat ride away from there. The rooms are clean, spatious and charming. As for the staff, they will do anything possible to make your stay pleasant. And then of course there is Erick, the man who will organize everything for you, from the amenities of your room to your excursions to the ruins. Zapote Tree Inn immensely exceeded my expectations."

There were regular power cuts in the city during our stay (not the hotels fault). The roads outside can be quite noisy at times

"Ļoti viesmīlīga sagaidīšana, atsaucīgs apkalpojošais personāls. Daudzveidīgs brokastu piedāvājums, skaists dārzs ar baseinu. Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta. Vannas istabā ļoti smaržīgi dušas piederumi - ziepes, šampūns, ķermeņa losions."

Istabiņai nebija dienas gaismas caur logu, vāja skaņas izolācija, skaļi dzirdami kaimiņi.

"Our booking was made very late and despite this we were so warmly welcomed. There was beautiful Cape Verdean music being played when we arrived by two incredible musicians which was lovely. And the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The fresh mango juice was particularly mouthwatering!"

There wasn't anything. Not a new pansio but it is absolutely perfect.
