"We love the complete breakfast the BnB had and every morning it was a complete meal. The host ensured we were settled in well. As for the location, it is very much aligned to places where we visited at the area. Ubers and Bolt should not have any problem finding the place by the roadside. My wife loved the book collection at their personal library so a good writer's retreat too."

We were content with the place. Everything was in working order right to the room, amenities at our convenience. So no complaints.

"All was lovely, the food was particularly good and a pleasant surprise after some of the restaurants we had eaten at on our trip. The cottage was great, the linen very good, the swimming pool a great asset."

We would have liked to have been given sandwiches with the tea at 4pm. Slight disappointment!

Though we did like the breakfast, we saw that eggs are offered for an extra charge. In most hotels this is standard, so I would recommend to just include them in breakfast. Also, the coffee was so so.

As it was late in the season, we were the only guests. Sandra was very helpful and set our breakfast out for us before she had to go out to work. The breakfast was rather unappetising with cheap sliced bread & ham, plentiful, but unappealing.

"A comfortable hotel right in the historical city center of Nizwa — the Souq and Fort are literally within a few minute walk. I especially appreciated how quiet it was and the Omani-style décor in the room added a nice local touch. I only stayed one night, but it was a pleasant and comfortable stop during my trip."

"Awesome host. I couldn’t believe the photos from the previous reviews but it’s true, all the photos you see are truly about a 10 step walk from the bedrooms. Simple, but incredible place to stay. The host will make sure you’re well looked after, help you with the tours/ self guided tours nearby and is very helpful with transport knowledge. We loved this place! I will say, if you’re vegan or veggie it’s hard to find food nearby, so maybe ask the host in advance if you can cook some simple food. They let us cook noodles ❤️❤️"

"Labs risinājums, ja ierodas vēlu vakarā, jo informācija par numuriņu un iekļūšanu viesnīca saņemta e-pastā un īsziņā. Viss saprotami, ērti saņemt numuriņa atslēgas. "The apartment is spotless and incredibly well-kept. The bedroom and bathroom are huge—honestly, it’s one of the most spacious bathrooms I’ve ever seen, and the hydromassage tub was a fantastic bonus! It would be perfect for families . The host is absolutely amazing; he went above and beyond by storing our luggage and even driving us to the city center. He was so helpful with everything."
