"The entire experience right from the check-in reception counter, till the access to the room, housekeeping service, attention to detail, comfort of guests was phenomenal. What I appreciated the most was that every guest was important for Trident staff and irrespective of the high-footfalls and the time of the day, there was someone always available to provide assistance to visitors and customers in equal measure. I would like to mention about ‘Sujal’, who helped me with a change in room and the housekeeping staff who really took care of keeping the room clean and full of water. The serving staff at frangipani (multiple names) were highly professional and took care of the needs of the visitors of the restaurant both during the breakfast time (very high footfall) and during lunch (moderate footfall). The location is 10/10,the views are 10/10 the service is 10/10"
"5 lifts which took the visitors and residents to the rooftop conference room and to individual guest rooms were not efficient in terms of managing / spreading the workload. It usually took 5-10 mins of wait time to get a lift and then a further 3-4 mins to reach the rooftop conference room or the higher floors (>25) . So this needs to be resolved in somehow. Maybe try to create a dedicated lift for the lower floors up to 10 (2 lifts for the lower floors and swimming pool, gym) and 11-33 floor (3 lifts for higher floors) can help solve this situation. On one occasion the lunch buffet in Frangipani was bland and not the right taste, other two days it was full of flavours and cooked well."
