"Une douce ambiance dès l'arrivée, une jolie chambre adorablement décorée pour la St Valentin, un personnel au petit soin sont là pour vous accueillir. La chambre est magnifique et je fais un petit feu dans le poêle pour notre plus grand plaisir. Une belle table au restaurant le soir, toujours dans une douce ambiance campagnarde et distinguée. "Food was ok, the staff was amazing and made you feel extremely welcome, this was the first time staying at this hotel, and I have just re-booked for next year. The hotel was quite, but had it lively time with live music. Enjoyed myself so much. Breakfast was lovely and so was dinner."

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

The pillow is square, large and uncomfortable. I got a pain in the neck because of it. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was so bad it was undrinkable.

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

"Ibis is many times so and so in Europe, but this one was a positive surprise! The very friendly staff and kitchen made a late dinner even we arrived at the closing time of the restaurant! Rooms 'Ibistiny' but clean and good beds!"

"Apparently we got upgraded which was great, very large executive 1 bedroom. Ocean View was nice, pool area on roof was great. Quiet"

Only issue was the shower, hot and cold temp faulty, water pressure poor.

"The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. There was a hot, good pressure shower. It’s in a great location for the bus station. The breakfast, which was 5€ extra each, was especially delicious and really set us up for the day."

"A good option in Kolonia. There isn't too much else. Run by Chinese, and they have a restaurant that opens for lunch and dinner, they can do your laundry, and you can hire an SUV car through them too. The beds were comfy, and the TV could get YouTube. Bottled water provided. The air con worked well too. Walking distance from the airport, but they picked me up and stopped me off. Very kind."

The hotel looks a bit grim and unappealing from outside. Could do with a lick of paint, and cheering up.

"The room is spacious and it is clean mostly, that's important. The AC & appliances works well, includes the bathroom and water pressure. Two good beaches are in walking distance from this hotel, as well as some good eateries."

The shower place is bit smaller, the mirror is made of wooden frame which the paint is dropping off. Not enough sand catching carpet at the lift lobby or corridor.

"Our beach attendant, Tevin, looked after our needs endlessly. A pleasure to know him."

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

"The hotel is in a very central location, meaning that you can easily navigate by foot or by taxi to many of the malls that you are close by. The breakfast is amazing and sufficiently varied to satisfy most palates."

"Lovely spot. Pool and beach fabulous. Our beachfront room was great, comfy beds and room had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, lots of laughs and great service. Restaurant meals and breakfasts were delicious. Spa massage was simply divine! We loved our stay thank you 🤩"

No cell service in Philipsburg ... wifi in apartment but that didn't help with navigation - but figured navigating out fast enough.

"Atrašanas vieta ļoti komfortabla, ja vēlās apmeklēt pilsētas centru, visas apskates vietas tuvu, kā arī autoosta un vilcienu stacija 7 min gājienā. Numurs bija ļoti liels, par to varam pateikties recepcijas darbiniecei Majai😊, gultas veļa ļoti labas kvalitātes, kā arī pati gulta laba, izgulējāmies brīnišķīgi😊 Brokastis ļoti labas , decertu izvēle arī pārsteidza."
