"The territory is huge with a lake and a river, very green, and wild (they don’t seem to do any trimming or gardening there) So it has its charm. This part is exceptional, and very attractive"

Mainly that the experience does not correspond with the price, which would fit a 5-star hotel. Here everybody’s friendly and they try their best, but it feels like it’s the first time they are being a waiter, a host etc.

It's a bit far from city center and from restaurants, so few options for vegetarians like me.

"As everywhere in the world, in the hotel business, it’s always the people who make the real difference - and here, the staff is truly exceptional. Everyone was polite, helpful, and ready to assist with any request. I had to wait a bit for my coffee in the morning, but that’s totally fine since many guests were ordering at the same time and there was only one barista. I still got exactly the coffee I asked for, along with a fresh orange juice. The receptionist was also very kind and helpful. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Overall, a lovely experience!"

"Convenient bungalows, well equipped. Breakfast was good. During the night it was silent."

Daytime is noisy due to the fact, that the hotel is close to the street.

"The property location was great easy to find and if you know negril it’s on the hip strip. The property was well kept and clean. It’s a home away from home. The host was exceptional with constant checking up to ensure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely recommend an for future stay. "Cozy, clean and warm room with a balcony, rich breakfast in the restaurant located in the hotel complex right next to the villas. The room is a bit smaller though, but it was just fine for me."

"The total package. I was only here for a couple days and I wish it was longer. My body and brain were feeling great even after a short period. The Dr, the staff, it was great. it’s quiet and the ground are beautiful."

I suggest reaching out to the property to understand their packages before using booking, it created some confusion for when I got there, on what was included or not. It was by far the most expensive thing on my entire trip to Sri Lanka. if you can afford it, it’s worth it. also, get the room with the AC.
