"The location was fantastic, right in the center. The room was immaculately clean, possibly the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The WiFi worked well. We were able to check in and check out late at night. Great place for the price."

"This place is great! It has a huge garden, the flat was nice and clean. But the best about this place are the hosts: They spent a lot of time explaining everything about Georgia, sharing their food with us and the dinner and breakfast from Maka was just great. Johnny even drove us to our next stop in Sighnaghi and Maka drove us into town for shopping."

"The room was perfect for me as a solo traveller. It was also well equipped with everything I needed. The kitchen was well equipped, a washing machine, iron, slippers. The room has an amazing little balcony the looks out to the Black Sea and also the mountains behind. The square was only minutes away and the super markets open 24/7. The cafe t is very convenient and has a good selection of food and beverages at a good price point. The room was well sound proof led also so even though there is noise from the main road and some nights loud music from the restaurant/function centre, I just closed the door and window and used the a/c when it was hot. The host, Mike was the best hot I have had in Georgia so far. He went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and was always available to attend my requests and questions. I highly recommend."

"The location is great, the room itself was clean, but there were stuff which I did not like. For example, the door of the balcony was not functioning properly, additionally, the bathroom door handle was partially loose, and the room door itself did not function properly, it required significant effort to close and was not smooth when locking. We were also dissatisfied with the breakfast, as the selection was very limited and the food was not pleasant to eat, so we left without having breakfast. Overall, there were some minor issues, however it was acceptable for a 1–2 night stay, especially since the room was genuinely clean and there were no shortcomings in that regard."

"We had a great stay at this apartment in Mestia! It was perfect for our group of 4 — simple, clean, and very affordable. The hosts were super friendly and always available if we needed anything. Just a heads-up: like in many places in the region, there’s a rule not to flush toilet paper, but bins are provided and it’s no problem at all. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good budget-friendly option in Mestia!"
