"Interesting historic building well placed for my stay after a long drive from Rotterdam. Although I booked at short notice Elise had an amazing room ready for my arrival, and produced an excellent dinner of ‘Sanglier’ (wild boar) with a good bottle of wine at a very good price. After a peaceful nights sleep I was provided with a generous continental style breakfast."

"One problem with staying in a little paradise, is forcing oneself to go out. Super comfortable, great location, and the garden and swimming pool was the icing on the cake. I was blessed with blue skies, and 28 degrees. Caught buses out to Fuegerolles, Istre, and an easy hop into Marseille. Martigues, itself is a hidden gem. A perfect stay.....thankyou Karine."

"Sophie and Denis run a small pension that hosts one family at a time. They were very kind, thoughtful and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were freshly prepared on the spot with local products. We travelled with our four months old baby, so a certain amount of flexibility was required during our stay. Sophie and Denis were very helpful in this respect, which made our stay great! Highly recommended!"
