"The accommodation is in a very good location – the train station is a few minutes away, there is a shop around the corner, and the nearest beach is about a 10-minute walk away. There are also several restaurants in the area and a park with a playground nearby. I liked the contactless key handover and flexible arrangements. There is no unnecessary decoration in the flat that a child could ‘explore’."

"I have stayed in central Paris numerous times and this time I wanted to try staying further away, which turned into a fantastic stay. The apartment is on the top floor of a building that is part of a very interesting complex, known as “Choux” by architect Gérard Grandval. Besides the neighborhood being very pleasant, the house is very good with an incredible view over the neighborhood and in the distance, Paris. After a pleasant 10-minute walk, we reach metro line 8 and in 30 minutes, central Paris - Bastille, La Republique, Concorde. Patrick was always impeccable and with excellent communication. We loved it"
