"Très propre,bien agencé même pour 6 personnes ,très bien placé,très bel appartement."
"Le propriétaire qui réclame de l’agent en plus pour 3 personnes alors que nous avions payé pour 6 (sachant que le logement est pour au moins 4 car il y a deux chambres + le canapé lit) pas très honnête de faire ça.Et de réclamer le mail du paiement pour 6 quand nous sommes arrivés (il avait juste à regarder son compte booking)"
"Appartement refait à neuf, très bien situé, très proche du centre ville et des commerces. Nous avons été accueilli par le propriétaire qui nous a donné des infos sur Dunkerque. Je recommande vivement cet appartement."

"L'arrivée s'est déroulée en présence de l'hôte, très gentil, qui nous a tout expliqué, donné les bon plans de la ville. C'est beaucoup plus agréable qu'une simple boîte aux lettres. L'emplacement est idéal, au plein centre ville, avec de nombreuses commodités à quelques minutes à pied (restaurant, supermarché, halles). Si l'absence de parking vous rebute, pas de soucis, il y a un parking souterrain à 4 minutes à pied de l'appartement pour un tarif très raisonnable (de 9 h du matin à 18h 9,70 euros)."

"Очень понравились хозяева, полностью понимающие и идущие на встречу! Нас встретили и заселили очень поздно-спасибо огромное! Расположение идеальное, рядом центр города и основные достопримечательности, пара больших продуктовых и куча кондитерских, до пляжа два автобуса в 2х минутной доступности. Ремонт в квартире не дорогой но свежий, все новое и все чисто! Есть балкон, даже лоджия, вечером можно посидеть в хорошую погоду."
"Небольшие мелочи: кастрюля не подходит под индукционную печь, нет микроволновки(хотя есть духовка), нет посудомойки, отсутствие фена и минимально не было мыла и салфеток. Но это все реально мелочи, уверен что хозяева все это учтут:)"

"We stayed in this apartment with our family this week and were very happy with our stay. The apartment is spacious, bright and offers plenty of room, which makes it especially comfortable for a family stay. The renovation has been done to a high standard, everything is well cared for and nicely decorated. We also appreciated that the apartment is very well equipped, with all the necessary utensils and amenities to make the stay easy and comfortable. The apartment is quiet and it is very convenient to have easy parking nearby. We would also like to highlight the quality of the equipment, especially the baby cot, which was surprisingly good, our son slept very well in it, which made a big difference for us. Overall, this is an excellent apartment, we definitely recommend it and we would gladly return again."
