"A very elegant and old house. Very sympathetically modernised, but retaining wonderful beams etc. We were cooked an excellent meal by the host who made us very welcome. Easy parking outside. Also an excellent breakfast."

"What a pretty gem, right next to the church. The room was big and comfortable, bathroom great. Everything very pretty. The staff ( owners?) were very welcoming and breakfast fantastic."
"The only sad thing, was that I was alone for the ( very good) evening meal."
"The host was warm and welcoming. The room was beautiful and the location perfect."

"Unique property that has masses of character and in a great location"
"Possibly a kettle in the room but this is just being picky and room service was available at a cost"
"Picturesque and unique location in the centre of town and close to shops and restaurants"
"Whilst understanding some of the negative comments, all were overridden by the positives. ie. Spacious, beautifully and tastefully furnished rooms. Comfortable and accessible reception rooms and the attentiveness of the young manager who was running the place on his own. So nothing to dislike"
"Exceptionally lovely home of artists who have restored with great care and sensitivity this delightful historic building in the heart of la Chatre.Spacious accomodation, very peaceful. The young man who greeted us was very kind and helpful. A picturesque town steeped in the history and culture .of George Sand.1"
"Seems there is only one good restaurant serving real food. Monday and Tuesday evening the choice is pizza or burger !"
"Ambience and decor were beautiful and a great location for the town. Private garden, high walls. Bed very large and comfortable. Lovely bedding and pillows. Lovely dining//living areas, stylish and tasteful."
"Bathroom wasn’t very practical, sink was far too narrow and shower head too small- style over function! Problem with toilet cistern not turning off but a small maintenance issue. No toilet roll holder on the wall so the paper trailed on the floor. Soap dispenser needed cleaning properly. Sink unit a bit tired and hadn’t been cleaned inside. Light bulb in one bedside lamp not working. We had an evening meal but it was very casual food and not fitting for such a beautiful dining room! We were not offered coffee after the meal. Breakfast was reasonable but the processed ham and cheese was a disappointment, have never seen that in a boutique hotel of this quality."

"Compleet ingericht huisje, rustig, veel Privacy, zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen, zelf met een bubbeltje en een brandende open haart. Kom Je voor je rust is dit een pareltje."
"A beautifully decorated apartment with a Parisian feeling. It was serenely quiet, with its inner court-side windows, while the life of historic Montmartre was bustling full swing outside. The beautiful floors, the spaciousness and the elegant comfort of the place made our short stay very enjoyable and we hope to come back for a longer stay in the future."
"Ideal apartment for a couple, well situated, with a 10/15 min walk to the town of St Gervais and great for skiing both Contamines and St Gervais ski resorts. The apartment is very nicely decorated and a lovely place to return to after a long day on the slopes. It is in a very calm spot with views of the mountains. We had a mosty enjoyable stay at Plein Soleil and hope to return next year."

"Spacious apartment in Massy, clean and comfy, perfect for two people. The railway station is about 15 min. walk, but to get there can also use bus line 119 - there is a bus station nearby. The center of Paris is about 40 - 45 minutes away by train (line B)."
"Logement très propre, lumineux et bien équipé. Idéal pour des vacances d'automne reposantes."
