"Appartement très propre et très fonctionnel. On s'y sent tout de suite bien. Des petites attentions comme des doses de café ou de thé sont très appréciables. Décoration sympa, tv, wifi, jeux ...c'est très confortable pour y séjourner. Le centre ville est à 10 min à pieds. Des places de parking sont proches."

"The apartment is very spacious, clean and well presented. The kitchen is very well appointed with modern appliances making it perfect for us to cook each night during our long stay. Having a large supermarket within easy walking distance was also a huge plus. The management is very professional, providing a helpful video to assist with the check in procedures."

"Such a well equipped and tastefully decorated home! The patio area was so lovely, with ice maker, fridge, sink, dinning table and even a Bluetooth speaker that our teens loved! The pool is heated with sun beds and a shower area. Kitchen facilities are excellent, with a lovely L’or coffee machine too! Bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms are clean and well furnished. The hosts are lovely and so welcoming. We enjoyed the walk through the woods to the town which took 20 mins, but there is a handy free shuttle bus from Biot to Villeneuve-Loubet with the stop at the top of the road. It’s a great base to explore the French Riviera!"
