Le Régence

Le Régence is located in central Arles, near the train station and within walking distance of the main sites. Rooms are air conditioned and some enjoy views of the Rhone. All rooms are non-smoking. They have been designed for comfort and with Provencal decoration. The hotel is situated in the Cavalerie quarter, only a few meters from Place Lamartine. There you can see La Maison Jaune, where Van Gogh lived and painted. Guests can also visit the Museum of Ancient Arles; it is only 400 meters from Le Régence. The bus terminals can be found close to Le Régence. If you want to explore Arles on wheels, bicycle rental is available at reception. The Régence hotel does not have a private car park but you have paid public parking all around the hotel and a free car park 200 meters away.

"Great location on the river. Parking very close (trick is to search for the nearby Monoprix on any navigation). Clean and tidy. They can do your laundry for a small fee which is handy. Easy walk to the city sites."

"Charming, great location right on the NW corner of the old town, right next to where Van Gogh was inspired to paint ‘Starry Night on the Rhône’. Monoprix store a 5 minute walk away. Cafes, restaurants, pharmacy all within a few minutes walk. Nice, friendly, helpful staff. Nice, reasonably priced breakfast in spotless dining area."

"This property is a little treasure - a little quirky, and slightly older, but well run, and we had everything we needed. The beach isn't fabulous, but it is perfect location for getting to Bastia Airport (20 min drive) or south. The beach is also very safe and the property has a swimming pool which would be good for children. Lovely big balcony outside our room"

"Charming hotel with beautiful classic composed architecture. Rooms are spacious and often have views of landscape or garden. The gardens are also well laid out and have spaces to sit and enjoy. The hotel offers parking and a good breakfast at 15€. Service is friendly and high quality!"

"We stayed for 1 night on the way from Alps to Paris. It was clean, well-designed and fresh. I enjoyed a lot the comfy lobby with some play zones and kids zone with private space and books. The room was clean and comfortable for sleep. That’s all we needed. Plus, I had a pleasure to drink a team before bedtime. Next day we passed by Lyon for a brunch and stroll before heading to Paris."
"The check in staff were welcoming and helpful (when I needed to extend my stay and when I locked myself out) The room was large with a small kitchen. The bathroom was roomy. The bed was actually a sofa bed which I was a bit surprised about although it was comfortable (I stayed three nights) There were plenty of towels The apartment was well equipped There was a door I could open to step out and enjoy the view (5th floor). Not a terrace but somewhere to stand and drink a coffee. Although I was there during a busy bank holiday weekend, it was pretty quiet from within my room. There is underground parking although I did not use it. The hotel had left some complimentary coffee pods and tea bags which was very welcomed"
