Very well equipped kitchen with everything one could need and also a good barbeque on the terrace. Great appliances in the laundry. Bakery, minimarket, kebab and pizza a short walk away. Quick and easy communication with the host, very friendly and helpful."

"We had a fantastic stay in this apartment as a couple. The location is outstanding within walking distance of major landmarks, with easy access to the metro, and surrounded by great restaurants, cafés, and local shops (we especially loved the coffee place next door). The flat itself is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything needed for a short stay in Paris. We really enjoyed the lovely view from the windows and being able to keep them open at night. The late self check-in was seamless and stress-free, which was very convenient for our arrival, and the elevator made access to the apartment extremely easy. Communication with the host was smooth and professional, with clear instructions provided in advance. Overall, everything was simple, pleasant, and exactly as expected we would definitely recommend this place and happily stay here again."
