The upstairs is getting stuffy despite the air conditioning because of the wall separating it firmly from downstairs. The gate is quiet narrow and it may be challenging for bigger cars to go through."

"Located within a short bike ride of the centre of Noirmoutier en Ile and right by the sea, this is a long and narrow campsite that hugs the coast and offers access to the beach. It is shaded and well kept. Showers, toilets etc are clean and modern. We stayed in a safari tent which was like a small studio with electricity, hotplate, fridge, pots and pans, cleaning materials, table and chairs etc. Two sleeping compartments, one small double and one with three small single mattresses and plenty of storage space, and blackout curtains to keep the summer sun from waking everyone. Comfortable and convenient, access to the beach, and helpful staff. Recommended."
