"We waren al direct bij aankomst overdonderd door het fenomenale uitzicht en de stilte. Na 1 avond en nacht was alle dagelijkse stress vergeten. Le Chalet zelf is klein en geriefelijk. De goed doordachte indeling en rustige inrichting zorgt voor een prikkelarm gevoel. 't mooie zwembad, door de zon verwarmd was continu beschikbaar en erg netjes (dankzij het dagelijkse onderhoud ). De omgeving is fantastisch, de mogelijkheden tot uitstappen zeer talrijk. Als grote bonus bij Le Chalet krijg je Marion en Hans als gastvrouw en gastheer. Superwarme mensen die zeer veel respect voor onze nood aan privacy hadden maar toch heel toegankelijk waren. Ze zijn een inspiratie."

"Prachtige plek om tot rust te komen, de blokhut is echt nog wel een stukje luxer en gezelliger dan je misschien zou verwachten! Hij is ook echt super schoon, de hele inventaris lijkt nieuw en het is super compleet. Het uitzicht is mooi, het zwembad is lekker, het is er heerlijk rustig,... De prijskwaliteit verhouding is super goed, dit is echt een aanrader!"

"Spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment which was tastefully decorated and comfortable. Although it was only one large room and a bathroom, the layout was such that it felt as if there were separate rooms. Previous storm damage to the trees meant we were not able to make full use of the garden but we still managed to sit outside using the small dining table and deckchairs provided. We shared the garden with the cat and the chickens so we were asked to keep our dog on a lead in the grounds ;) ! The entrance and parking for the property was private and it was secure behind gates. It was a very quiet and peaceful area. There were local walks around the small hamlet but it was also close to some interesting places such as Senonches, pretty towns along the river Eure and of course Chartres, which was worth a visit. The owners were very welcoming and friendly and seemed genuinely keen for you to have a pleasant stay."
