"The restaurant was amazing. We had the taster menu with accompanying wine and it was fabulous. Highly recommended. The location was beautiful. Our room overlooked the lake and gardens. It was so peaceful. Staff were exceptionally good. Everyone from reception to restaurant and breakfast went out of their way to make our stay perfect. An exceptional hotel. We will hopefully return."

Staff went out of their way to accommodate our last-minute reservation due to a change of plans. We were rewarded with an amazing Michelin guide meal and comfortable room for us and 3 young kids."

"Tolles Quartier - nicht weit von der Autobahn bzw. nach Genf. Bettenqualität war super! Alleine für das Frühstück - mit selber gemachten Schokoladenaufstrich - würde ich dort wieder übernachten! Restaurant für das Abendessen ist auch hervorragend!"

"Very beautiful, clean and cosy appartment. Very close to La Defense (next station). It was a very comfortable stay. Also the access was described very clearly, so I was able to arrive late without any confusion. Then enjoying very comfortable sleep :-)"

"We hebben een super fijne week gehad in het huisje. Het huisje was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. We konden merken dat er over alles is nagedacht, om de gasten een prettig verblijf te geven. Dat is echt een pluspunt en zeer attent. Het huisje komt goed overeen met de foto’s op internet. Ondanks het mooie weer, was het zwembad aan de koude kant. Wel jammer, maar we hebben er van genoten. Gastvrouw is zeer aardig. Beantwoordt al je vragen en geeft goede tips. Parkeren bij la buttiniere en met de tram naar het centrum van Bordeaux was een goede tip. Makkelijk en snel. Restaurants en supermarkt waren met de auto goed te doen. Wij als gezin hebben een super fijne week gehad. Bedankt!"

"It was located half way between Hendaye and our home in Switzerland. So it was a very good location for a stop-over. The communication with the owner/manager before our arrival was clear and prompt. Upon arrival, the welcome was very nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean. We could park our car in the garage, which gives and extra feeling of safety. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The dinner in the evening was delicious. They have a good chef. Breakfast was good with home-baked bread and scrambled eggs. The village below the hotel is worth a visit with its old, beautiful houses. There was a park right outside the hotel where we could play with our dog. We could bring our dog for dinner and breakfast."
