"Pascal was an excellent host. The property was full of character and very comfortable. Only 5 minutes walk from the village centre and the beach 15 minutes walk away. Pascal also has bikes at the property that you can hire. Breakfast was very good which you can add to if you require."

"Nous avons séjourné chez Pascal et nous n’aurions pas pu faire un meilleur choix. Pascal est un hôte très agréable, accueillant et toujours souriant, qui crée une véritable atmosphère familiale. La maison a été rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et de sensibilité, et tout est impeccablement propre. Les petits-déjeuners étaient excellents – copieux, frais et préparés avec des produits locaux. L’hébergement est situé à deux pas du centre, et grâce aux vélos nous avons pleinement profité de l’ambiance détendue de l’île. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci !"

"We spent 14 nights at Moderne Confort Familial Piscine naturelle in Pézenas and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The villa is beautifully designed, with generous space both inside and out, offering a real sense of comfort and privacy. Everything felt high-end — from the quality of the furnishings and equipment to the thoughtful layout and attention to detail. There’s a wide range of facilities that made our stay effortless and enjoyable, and the setting was perfect for us: peaceful, well-positioned, and ideal for exploring the area. The outdoor space was especially relaxing, with a lovely natural pool that added to the tranquil atmosphere without dominating the experience. The hosts were exceptional — warm, responsive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. We honestly have nothing negative to say. It’s a place we’d return to in a heartbeat."

"Excellent for me and my lad, touring the invasion beaches (particularly Omaha and Utah). The property itself was comfortable and clean. Stairs to the entrance (previous reviews mentioned) were no real issue for us at all. Everything we needed was in the property, and for provisions there is a great Leclerc Hypermarket (including fuel) 2 minutes over the roundabout, along with a great eatery (American style) at Oncle Scotts. Highly recommended."
