"Fabulous location in easy walking distance to all attractions around the town, host was very welcoming and helpful, apartment was spacious and very well equipped, quiet and relaxing at night, formula meals at Hotel Pelican also highly recommended"

"In a quiet location but very close to the centre of Annecy, which is a beautiful lake town. Apartment was very clean with a good sized balcony , great to sit and dine out on. We were met by owner's son who spoke good English and ran through things. I stupidly posted the keys when leaving in the wrong postbox but owners were thankfully very understanding. Please don't make the same mistake if staying here. Thank you for everything Christophe and Rafael"
