"Good variety in a comfortable setting. Julie and Monica were excellent during dinner, very courteous and helpful."
"The seating was a bit confusing. There were food stations in 2 areas but you didn't have the option to choose where to sit. The one thing that disappointed us was getting a cab for the day we were leaving. We first asked Reception the day we arrived. We followed up the next evening, when paying our bill. There was ni record of our request. When checking out the following morning, no cab had been booked. Thankfully we were early so were able to get one booked. A bit stressful as we had a train to catch."

"Pre arrival , contacted hotel requesting a walk in shower in room ( have MS), staff facilitated this. Hotel great location to Lourdes Grotto, great food, friendly staff. Despite grotto 5 min walk from hotel, hotel busy but quiet, plenty of chairs/ sofas to sit , have coffee/ drink."

"I would not recommend the dinner set-menu. I went on my first evening, and the standard of cooking was very poor. The boiled potatoes we not entirely cooked and were raw in the middle, while the vegetables were cooked almost to a mush."

"Viesnīca lieliska ,atrašanas vieta laba,ar kājām Eifelis aomēram min 30, var braukt. Gulta ļoti ērta, numuri mazi, bet labi un tīri ir kafija un tēja numurā. Skaists skats no loga. Par ēšanu - blakus daudz vietas kur ēst ,piemēram ķīniešu un itāļu virtuve. Labs saimnieks iedeva atlaidi par brokastīm."
